Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out this form! Your responses help me capture your wedding day as beautifully and seamlessly as possible, making sure no special detail is overlooked.

Extra time - If your wedding is running behind, how would you like me to proceed? Option A - Leave at the time I am booked up to. Option B - Stay for the minimum time needed and charge you £250p/h for extra time. Option C - Talk to you about it on the day and decide how to proceed.

Please share the names and Instagram handles of any vendors or suppliers you'd like to credit (e.g. planner, florist, cake maker, hair & makeup artist, dress, suits, jewellery, videographer etc.)

Key details about your wedding day that you would like to share (e.g. overall colour scheme of the wedding, themes, flower heavy, family/friend oriented etc.)

Please list below a timeline of your wedding day (please make sure to include times for when you would like couple portraits and group photos).

Key moments you would like me to photograph (e.g. bride & groom getting ready, flat lay details, ceremony reactions, first look, speeches, first dance, exit, etc.)

If your timeline includes events happening simultaneously in different locations (e.g. bride and groom getting ready in separate venues), I may not be able to cover everything solo. If needed, feel free to reach out about adding a second shooter so we don’t miss a moment!

Ceremony Details (e.g. church name, indoor/outdoor/both, lighting, timeline etc.)

Reception Details (e.g. reception name, indoor/outdoor/both, lighting, timeline, will there be a meal provided for photography team? etc.)

Couple Portraits (Location, transport information, names of helpers who will join the session to support bride and groom.)

Please provide a minimum of 30 minutes for your portraits. This should exclude travel time to the portrait location. Please let me know if you need any suggestions for location etc.

Additional Details (Particular sentimental relationships with certain guests? Sensitive family relationships? Guests who prefer their photos are not used on social media? Photos of mine that you like in particular? If there's anything do let me know.)
