Your Photo Journey
Thank you so much for considering me to photograph your wedding day. From here, the next step is to choose the package that feels right for your plans, and I’m here to help with any questions along the way. I’m happy to chat by email or arrange a video call if you’d prefer. Some couples like to talk everything through, while others are happy to book directly — either is absolutely fine.
The packages are designed to cover most wedding days, but there may also be some flexibility to tailor things around your plans. If there’s something you have in mind, just let me know.
When you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a photography contract confirming your details and selected package. A 50% booking payment secures your date, with the remaining balance due three months before the wedding.
As your wedding approaches, I’ll send you a questionnaire covering the details of the day, including timings, group photographs, locations and anything particularly important to you. This gives me everything I need to prepare while keeping things relaxed and letting the day feel natural.
On the wedding day, I’ll be there to capture the moments as they happen, offering guidance when needed while giving you space to enjoy the day. You’ll receive around 30 preview images within one week, followed by your full gallery within ten weeks.

Expenses and Add-ons:
Any expenses, including transport and accommodation, are to be covered by the client. I’ll confirm these details with you in advance. Each additional hour is charged at £200 and will be outlined in the contract and invoice.
A second shooter provides greater coverage of your wedding day, capturing moments from different angles and locations throughout the day. They will be a trusted professional from my personal network, carefully chosen for their experience and a style that complements my own.

1. How do we reserve our date?
A 50% booking payment and a signed contract are required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due three months before the wedding. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the contract.
2. Do you provide engagement shoots?
Yes! Engagement shoots are a lovely opportunity to feel more comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding and create some relaxed photographs together.
3. Do you photograph destination weddings?
Yes! I have photographed weddings in France, Italy, Switzerland and Finland.
4. What if we need to make a change to the date or cancel? Are refunds possible?
If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to transfer your booking to the new date, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, any refund will depend on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Full details are outlined in the photography contract before you book. In the unlikely event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding myself, I’ll do everything I can to arrange a trusted associate photographer to cover the day. If this isn’t possible, any payments made to me will be refunded.
5. Do you have any recommended suppliers?
I have worked with some fantastic suppliers in the wedding industry and am happy to share their details. If you need videography, content or additional photography, I can recommend talented professionals from my network and the wider industry.
