As with every couple I work with, it’s important that we have a chance to connect and ensure we are the right fit for each other. This typically happens via a video call on WhatsApp or Zoom, though it can be in person if our schedules and locations allow. Here, we can get to know each other a bit more and I can answer any questions you might have. Before our meeting, it would be helpful for you to have some ideas in mind about what you are envisioning for your wedding day, particularly from a photography perspective, including your preferred package. While each package is fixed, there is some flexibility to adjust it to best suit your needs. This should be communicated before our call so I can provide the answers you're looking for, unless we've already agreed on an arrangement.

After our meeting, the next step is to confirm whether you’d like to book me for your wedding. This is done by signing a photography contract, which will confirm your details and the package(s) you have selected. A 30% non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure your date, with the remaining 70% due three months before the wedding.

As your wedding day approaches, I will provide a document asking for details about the day, such as portrait locations, group photo lists, and any specific photo requests. This ensures that no important information is overlooked and helps things run smoothly on the day.

On your wedding day, I’ll be photographing and supporting you in every way I can. After the wedding, the delivery of your photos will happen in two parts. First, you’ll receive your early previews, 30 images capturing key moments from your wedding day, within one week of the wedding. The full gallery will be delivered up to eight weeks after your wedding day.
